Genpets- Does this toy exist?

Genpets are considered toys that has life. You may don't get this but if you read through this you'll know about it. Genpets is a Bioengineered Buddy. Genpets can eat, can move, can make sounds, and can die! Their life depends on temperature and freshness. You can know their freshness by looking at the heart monitor on its package which shows up their battery life. If the battery is empty, it's dead! Their  body will turn into red spots. It is smelly too. I forgot to tell you that Genpets has blood too, if you cut them they're going to bleed. But I don't really know that the toy exist or not.
