Does Cell Phones Harms Children?

Mobile phones users are increased each year. Some of scientists are concern that mobile phones effects children because the nerves in the brain. Some of the scientists already proved that it is safe for children. However some parents doesn't buy their child a mobile phone when they are still young because it can effect their grades and work too. It depends on how parents think and how important does the kids need to have a phone.
